What to include

• The app name and the version you're using (usually in the app's settings screen)
• Your device and operating system version
• What you expected to happen, what happened instead, and screenshots if you have them

Account and data deletion

If an app lets you create an account, you can delete it from within the app. You can also email privacy@l19.ltd and we'll delete your account and associated data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Billing and refunds

Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests go through them: on iOS, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
